This unique Saab 900 Turbo Commemorative Edition Convertible from 1994 is one of only 500 units produced for the U.S. market. The model was introduced in 1993 with a powerful 2.0-liter, 185 hp engine, equipped with a turbocharger and the legendary "Red Box" APC upgrade for maximum performance. This particular Saab was delivered to its first owner in September 1994.
The car was imported from the United States at the end of 2009 and stored in a heated garage for several years. In 2019, I began an extensive, no-expense-spared restoration, investing countless hours of work, energy, and resources to bring this Saab to its current exceptional condition. The car received its first Dutch registration in June 2022.
One of the most distinctive features of this car is the original black convertible top, specially ordered, unlike the standard beige tops found on most Commemorative Editions. This detail adds to the rarity and exclusivity of this vehicle.
